Where the App provides access to bond pre-qualification, affordability tools, or financial information:

• All assessments are indicative and non-binding
• No credit is granted directly through the App unless authorised by a registered credit provider
• All financial partners are required to comply with the National Credit Act and related regulations

4. Property Listings & Practitioner Compliance

• Property listings are managed in line with the Property Practitioners Act
• Registered property practitioners are required to act ethically and lawfully
• Information provided by agents and sellers must be accurate to the best of their knowledge

5. Anti-Fraud & Ethical Conduct

We maintain internal controls to:

• Prevent fraudulent activity
• Detect misuse of the App
• Promote ethical conduct among users, agents, and partners

Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity may result in suspension or termination of access.

Third-party service providers, including lenders, agents, and technology partners, are required to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Protect user data in accordance with legal standards
• Use information only for authorised purposes
